• Try to hack or damage our platform
• Use our service for spam or scams
• Resell our service without permission

Your Content

• You own the capsules and content you create
• You give us permission to display your content on our platform
• Make sure you have the right to use any content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these rules

Payment

• You pay for our service based on the plan you choose
• Payments are processed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime, but we don't refund partial months
• We'll let you know before any price changes

Service Availability

• We try to keep Tileo running 24/7, but sometimes we need to do maintenance
• We're not responsible if the service is temporarily unavailable
• We'll try to warn you before planned maintenance

Our Liability

Tileo is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it great, we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. We're not responsible for any losses from using our service, except where the law requires it.

Closing Your Account

• You can cancel your account anytime
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules
• Your content remains yours even after cancellation

Changes to These Terms

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use Tileo after changes means you accept the new terms.
